Renowned Pakistani cricket umpire Aleem Dar is out of the world cup as he is not given the responsibility for umpiring in the final of 2015 cricket world cup. Aleem Dar is one of finest umpires cricket ever had but due to some controversial decisions during initial rounds of world cup, he wasn’t given the responsibility of acting as an umpire in semi finals and now he is replaced by other umpires for the world cup final.
Remember that Aleem Dar made very controversial decision in the quarter final between India and Bangladesh when Rohit Sharma got out on Robel’s ball but Dar flagged the ball as no-ball. ICC president Mustafa Kamal, who belonged to Bangladesh, severely criticized Aleem Dar for this decision. Bangladeshi supporters also showed very angry attitude on this decision but ICC defended Aleem Dar at that occasion.
